Jemma-Louise Cakes - Policies
Our operating hours are between 11am – 5.30pm – Mon- Fri
Ordering
All cakes need to be ordered two weeks ahead of the intended date. All details finalised by one week before the intended date. Any changes after the finalised date will incur a fee.
Payments
All cakes require a deposit which needs to be paid a week before the intended date. Final payment made on pick-up.
Pick-Up
All cake orders are required to be picked-up. We do not deliver.
Fridays are our allocated pick up day, for cakes order for the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and available after 11am til late
Cakes ordered for pick up during the week, can be picked up between 11am- 5.30pm at a time that has been organised.
Wedding Cake - Policies
For additional decorations like icing flowers or intricate icing work the prices will be added accordingly.
Ordering
Ordering needs to be 4 - 6 months before the wedding date and all details finalised by 2 months before the wedding date. Any changes after the finalised date will incur a fee.
Delivery
There is a delivery fee for transporting the cakes to the venue.
$30 - (Bairnsdale, Wy Yung, Eastwood, Lucknow)
$50 – (Paynesville, Metung, Nicolson, Eagle Point)
$100 – (Lakes Entrance, Stratford, Maffra)
$150 – (Sale, Orbost)
Payment
A deposit of 50% is needed to confirm the order by the finalised date two months before the wedding date, with final payment 2 weeks before the intended date.
We do not supply cake toppers or fresh/ fake flower arrangements.
